Location if you want to be in the historical center.
Lousy spa experience. steam off. Obviously it took me a while to get ready and I couldn't use it. Cold Jacuzzi. Spa staff with zero initiative. big plus of this hotel is its pool area and spa. It's a shame that having such nice spa facilities they don't have them ready to use. I called from my room saying I was coming and still when the steam turned off and Jacuzzi was frozen??! I had to go and ask the girls for everything at the entrance. 40 minutes I had to use it were spent asking the girls for something that only makes them smile and give you a towel. Incapable of thinking for if you are there it is to use the facilities and if they don't have them ready the minimum would be that they don't wait for you to ask them to put them in operation. In terms of quality and price, there are other much better options in the historic centre.

Location
My work is about Videogames & Internet Trends, so my company choose Premium Hotels with LCD TV to plug the Play Station 3 for local reviews. I change the Hotel after 1 day because the staff can't find the Remote Control to send the signal. (I change to Sheraton at next street to work)

THE DAY OF DEPARTURE WAS MY BEST TASTE
I INVITED A VERY IMPORTANT DIPLOMAT FROM ENGLAND WHERE MY COMPANY WAS IN CHARGE OF THE EXPENSES IN THE COMPLETE SUITE, MY GUEST WAS SCHEDULED TO LEAVE ONE NIGHT BEFORE MY DEPARTURE, BY MISTAKE OF THE RECEPTION, THEY GAVE EXTRA NIGHT CREDIT TO MY ROOM, LEAVING THE STAY OF MY GUEST TO SEEM AS IF I DID NOT PAY THE LAST NIGHT, MR. 7 NIGHTS PREPAID IN ONE OF THE MOST EXPENSIVE SUITES OF THE PINCHI HOTEL FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, ALMOST $70 THOUSAND PESOS PREPAID WITHOUT ANY DEBT, THE NIGHT OF THE SUPPOSED NON PAYMENT, THEY KNOCKED ON HIS DOOR AT 1030PM AS IF THE FAN WAS LOOKING FOR A REFUGEE, THEY SCARED HIM OBVIOUSLY, HE DIDN'T WANT TO OPEN THE DOOR BECAUSE HE DOESN'T SPEAK SPANISH, THEY CALLED HIM SEVERAL TIMES IN THE ROOM AND FINALLY HE ANSWERED AND THE RECEPTIONIST WOMAN WITH A TONE SIMILAR TO THE EX-WIFE OF A GUY WHO DOESN'T PAY HIS ALIMONY, THREATENED THAT IF HE DIDN'T GIVE HIS CREDIT CARD THEY WOULD RUN HIM OUT ON THE STREET LIKE A BUM, AGAIN, AFTER 7 NIGHTS PREPAID AND WITH INSTRUCTIONS THAT ANY EXTRA CASES HAD TO BE REPORTED WITH MY ROOM, MY GUEST, INTIMIDATED, DROPPED THE CARD AND WAS LEFT ALONE, IN THE MORNING WHEN I ASKED WHY THEY DID NOT DENY ENTRY WITH A KEY AT 3PM AS IS THE CUSTOM OF ANY HOTEL WHERE NO PAYMENT IS REGISTERED FOR THAT NIGHT, THE MAN WENT IN AND OUT OF HIS ROOM SEVERAL TIMES THAT AFTERNOON, WENT UP TO THE 26TH FLOOR SEVERAL TIMES WITHOUT THE CARD BEING BLOCKED, THEY DENIED EVERYTHING, THAT IT IS NOT THEIR POLICY TO TREAT GUESTS LIKE THIS AND MY GUEST HAD NO REASON TO INVENT LESS LIES ABOUT THE TREATMENT. THE JOTITO MANAGER ON DUTY IN THE MORNING OFFERED A WEAK APOLOGY EVEN THOUGH MOMENTS BEFORE HE SAID THAT HE KNEW NOTHING ABOUT THE TERRORIST BEHAVIOR OF HIS RECEPTIONIST AT NIGHT BUT ANYWAY HE OFFERED THE FAKE APOLOGY. WHAT THESE ASSHOLES DON'T KNOW IS THAT MY GUEST IS A FRIEND OF THE HILTON BARREL FAMILY IN LOS ANGELES AND BELIEVE ME HE ALREADY REPORTED THE ATTITUDE OF THESE PEOPLE AND IN A SHORT TIME THE IGNORANT WILL BE WORKING IN CARLS JR. BE INSURED.

Lux hotel with a good location for reasonable price
The hotel staff should call for a taxi if requested so by the customers. The concierges of the hotel suggested only limousines and were very reluctant to call for a taxi. Needless to say, the drivers of limousines charged triple price for any trip.
